Receptionists and assistants are the first contact new business partners encounter and thus are an important factor in developing good business relations. This English seminar focuses on the core job areas of secretaries, receptionists and assistants: Receiving visitors, socializing, telephoning and e-mail correspondence. Important vocabulary, specific phrases and the correct use of grammar as well as the improvement of socializing skills is in the focus of this training. In English speaking countries small talk plays a vital role in creating and maintaining strong relationships - and so is a major step on the road to success.
